What about free shipping?
We offer free shipping promotions over holidays, when the office is closed, or when we have something fun going on! Check our homepage, subscribe to our newsletter, or follow us on Facebook for updates.
Since we are a wholesale company, we don't have the cost of shipping worked into our product prices. If we were to always offer free shipping, we would have to raise all product prices 10%. Thank you for allowing us to keep prices low!

Why should I buy Shipping Insurance?
Insurance is OPTIONAL but RECOMMENDED. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over it. We recommend insuring your shipments so we can immediately refund or replace your order if it becomes lost or damaged. We use a third party insurance service, and the package must be logged and insured at time of shipment. **If you do not insure your package, we cannot refund or replace it - it is your responsibility**
Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock, you can choose to have it backordered or canceled and store credited. Backorders will be held only for items totaling over $20 (new policy as of 2023). The backordered items will ship together in a second shipment as soon as they have all arrived.

USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope
This service offers a flat rate envelope or small box. It is restricted to items that can comfortably fit into an envelope without being damaged. If your items do not fit, they will be shipped via Priority Mail International (described below). Order value cannot exceed $400 to use this method.

All shipping charges calculated during checkout are an estimate only, and will be adjusted when the package is assembled and weighed. We only charge the actual cost of shipping and handling: postage, boxes, and packing supplies.
Shipping insurance is optional, and is the customer's responsibility regardless of shipping method. Shipping insurance costs $1 per $100, or 1% of the order total.
For international customers, we are not responsible for non-delivery if you do not pay your customs fees, or do not collect your package in time.
