Once a package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over it. We do recommend insuring your shipments so we can immediately refund or replace your order if it becomes lost or damaged. We use a third party insurance service, and the package must be insured at time of shipment. If you do not insure your package, we cannot refund or replace it.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Duty and import fees are assessed by the customs office of the destination country and are the responsibility of the receiver (that's you!). PLEASE make sure your contact information is correct on your package, and PLEASE keep an eye on your tracking information to know if your package is being held!
USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope
This service offers a flat rate envelope or small box. It is restricted to items that can comfortably fit into an envelope without being damaged. If your items do not fit, they will be shipped via Priority Mail International (described below). Order value cannot exceed $400 to use this method.

This service offers insurance and tracking to most countries and delivery within 6 to 10 business days, for any size and order value.

All shipping charges calculated during checkout are an estimate only, and will be adjusted when the package is assembled and weighed. We only charge the actual cost of shipping and handling: postage, boxes, and packing supplies.
Shipping insurance is optional, and is the customer's responsibility regardless of shipping method. Shipping insurance costs $1 per $100, or 1% of the order total.
For international customers, we are not responsible for non-delivery if you do not pay your customs fees, or do not collect your package in time.
