If you are overwhelmed or confused by the changes, don't worry! All of the same products and content are here, in a more user-friendly layout. Please have patience during this transition and take a moment to familiarize yourself with our new shopping experience.
Before you start browsing, log in to your account. Prices are only visible when you are logged in.
Our top categories have been simplified in an interactive menu. We hope this makes it easier for you to find what you need.
Once you have selected a category, use the product filters to narrow your search.
Click on a product thumbnail or title to pull up the product details. You will find measurements, manufacturing info, additional pictures, and user reviews.
Add to Cart
Select the quantity, or type the number into the box. Then click ADD.
Fill your Cart
Each order requires a $100 minimum. You can see what's in your cart by clicking the cart icon on any page. You can change quantities or remove items from this screen.
Your account details will already be filled out. Select your shipping method, enter your payment information, and complete the order. Your order is not complete until you see the order confirmation page.
If you close your browser or log in on another computer, the shopping cart will save your previous cart. You can open your saved carts from the account page. Click continue to pull the items into the current shopping session. You cannot combine two saved carts. If you have ended up with multiple carts, either pick one and add the rest of the items to it, OR check out both carts separately. We will combine them before shipping.
Having trouble? Please try these steps:
1. Log in from another browser (e.g., if you are using Firefox, try Chrome instead)
2. If you are on a mobile device, try using a desktop computer or laptop.
3. Clear your cookies: Save your order, then log out. Go to your browser's settings and clear your cookies/recently visited pages. Refresh the website and log in again.
Can't log in?
Check your auto-fill to make sure your email address is typed correctly. You can reset your password by clicking the "reset my password" link.
We can't see your password, but we can tell you what email address you are registered with. If you're not sure what your account is, please give us a call and we can check for you!
