Frequently Asked Questions
Will you send samples?
For chain, please order 1 foot quantities of any chains you are interested in at PEBeads.com. Since we do sell chain by the foot on our retail website, we cannot send out free chain.
For leather, we may be able to include a small piece with an order. If there is a style/color that you are interested in, please make a note in the “comments” during checkout with the part number and we may be able to include it. This depends if we have an open spool. We cannot cut samples from items that are sold only in full spools.
For metal findings and other jewelry pieces, we cannot send samples.
You can always visit us at a show near you to see and feel products in person!
When will I get my order?
We ship out Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2pm usually ship out the same day, unless there is a question or issue with something you ordered. If you select "contact" at checkout, your order may be delayed 24-48 hours while we attempt to contact you. Please make sure your email and phone number are correct to prevent any delays!
After shipment, it depends on the mail delivery method you selected at checkout. USPS services are NOT guaranteed, and can occasionally be delayed. FedEx is guaranteed.
If you need your order expedited, please make a note of it during checkout to ensure your order goes out right away.
Do I have to order at least $100 for every order?
Yes, since we are a wholesale company we do require a minimum of $100 per order. We will make exceptions if, for example, you just placed an order last week and forgot something. We cannot make an exception if it has been more than a week since your last order.
Where are you located/Do you have a storefront?
Our office and warehouse are located in Gulfport, FL. We do not have a storefront, but you are welcome to place an order online and come pick it up at our office. Just leave a note in the “comments” on the last page of checkout with the date and approximate time you will come to collect the order.
Are you also Primitive Earth Beads?
Yes! PEBeads is our retail website. You’re currently on our password-protected wholesale website.
I want to order items shown on PEBeads that aren’t on Best Beads. How can I do this?
Please place two separate orders. You won’t need an account at PEBeads to order. Mention in the “comments” on the last page of checkout that you also have a PEBeads order, and we will combine them when invoicing you. We will ship them together and you will only be charged one shipping charge.
Do I have to order 10 of one style of spacers/clasps/etc? Can I mix and match? Can I get less than a meter of leather?
The items must be purchased in the quantities listed—that is the wholesale quantity. If you need single items you will have to get them from our retail partners at the retail pricing.
Is there a further discount for large orders of an item?
We can offer bulk discount pricing on some items, for quantities of 500 pieces or more. These are special orders and may take several weeks to fill. Please email us with specific part numbers and quantities you are interested in. There is a non-refundable deposit for special bulk orders.
Can you tell me what to order / pick out items for me / tell me the best colors?
Please understand that all design work is personal preference! We can answer specific questions about how an item works, but we cannot design your whole line for you or tell you what to order. That is entirely up to you, as you know your customers better than we would. Please do not ask us for the “best” colors and styles, as this is subjective. We can only say that neutrals and classic designs always sell well!
